Some random shots from the past week. I’ve been so busy I’ve fallen behind with the blogging quite a bit. Not just that, I’ve fallen behind just looking through the photos I’ve taken.
Hanging out and cooking at home.
After juggling at the Pratt Institute juggling meeting, I took the Manhattan Bridge to Manhattan and back. It is the worst ever place for taking photos at night. There is loads of netting on the walkways on both sides, and every time a train or truck goes past, the entire structure wobbles, which makes using a tripod just as useless as not.
The Brooklyn Bridge from the Manhattan Bridge.
I hung out in Prospect Park on Wednesday afternoon, reading a book. This lake has many turtles.
On Thursday I rode through Central Park. I like Prospect Park better.
I met and interviewed one of my favorite people from internet land, David Friedman from Ironic Sans.
The butterscotch chocolate cake from Magnolia Bakery is quite possibly the sweetest item of food I’ve ever eaten.
I saw the Flying Karamazov Brothers off-Broadway show. It was fun, if a bit dated.
Some of my cycling routes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
