NYC day 3 – The New York Unicycle Festival

Today I had only one plan: The First New York Unicycle Festival! I’m not into unicycling in the slightest, but it would be a good chance to meet some of the NYC jugglers. And take some photos.

About 300 people signed up for the free festival, but I’m not sure how many of those were hardcore unicyclists or those who just turned up to learn for the first time. Either way, the event was a big success in terms of attendance, even if it didn’t break even on the money front.

This was my route across the city, captured on the return ride because I forgot to turn on my GPS tracker when I left home.

Group photo! This was right at the end of the festival, and there seemed to be more unicyclist around earlier.
